Dr. Esrafil Ali is an Assistant Professor at School of Business Management, SVKM’s NMIMS (Deemed-to-be University), Indore. He has over 15 years of experience in academia. He worked with institutes of national importance such as EDII Ahmedabad, IIM Visakhapatnam, IIM Raipur and IIM Sambalpur in various roles. In his early career, he was also associated as Assistant Professor with institutes of repute viz; Lal Bahadur Shastri Institutions, Bareilly and ASM’s Institute of Business Management and Research, Pune. His core areas include; HRM, OB, CSR, Business Ethics, Leadership, and Team building. His scholarly works have appeared in both national and international journals, in particular, International Journal of Organizational Analysis (ABDC-B), Journal of Global Responsibility (ABDC-C), Journal of Modelling in Management (ABDC-C), Emerald Emerging Market Case Studies (Scopus), Vikalpa: The Journal for Decision Makers (Scopus), Emerging Economies Cases Journal (UGC Care) among others. He has also published various teaching cases featured in Case Centre, UK. He is the author of numerous published edited books and conference proceedings. In addition, he is the member of editorial board and reviewer of reputed international journals. He has also presented papers in national and international conferences such as 83rd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, Boston (USA), IMRC – IIM Ahmedabad, 9th Pan IIM World Conference IIM Sambalpur, MDC-VGSOM IIT Kharagpur, and other conferences of IIM Visakhapatnam, NIT Jalandhar, IIM Raipur.
Dr. Ali has conducted various workshops and FDPs on ‘Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS’, ‘Writing Quality Research Papers’, ‘Getting Paper published in High Impact Journals’, ‘Citation Management’, ‘Qualitative Research Study Using NVivo’, and many more for research scholars, faculty and industry professionals in institutes/universities in India and abroad.
